Juan Lara
Paul Rossert
Born in Paris, Paul immigrated to the United States to study film at Drexel University. He fell in love with Philadelphia and its people and never left. Paul served for several years as a freelance community interpreter and later as an Interpretation Project Manager.
Paul’s personal experience in the industry as both an interpreter and a project manager convinced him of the need to simplify the current system. His vision is to provide higher satisfaction with greater efficiency and at
lower rates.
With over 12 years of experience in both language access and program management, Juan has experience in leadership, strategic program management, and development in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
Before leaving to co-found Cypher Language Services, Juan spent five years as Director of Language Access and Proficiency at Nationalities Service Center. He immigrated from his native Colombia in 1993.
